Debt Recovery Service
A key element to our debt recovery service is the range of Pre-enforcement Collection Solutions.

If monies remain owed our bailiff service will then take action to recover this.
The bailiff has the authority to seize and sell the goods of the debtor to cover the amount of the debt owed, plus the fees due for collection. They also hold a certificate, which enables them, and them alone, to levy distress for rent, road traffic debts, council tax and non-domestic rates.

Services for Landlords
Provided that the lease contains a forfeiture clause giving the landlord the right to terminate the lease and “re-enter” the premises following a breach, the tenants lease agreement can be forfeited on several grounds without going to the courts:
- rent arrears outstanding after a specified period
- the tenant is made bankrupt
- the tenant goes into administration, liquidation or appoints a receiver
- a breach of a covenant
Forfeiture of a lease (or Peaceable Possession) can be carried out by the landlord instructing a Certificated Bailiff. This is an effective method if the bailiff can not levy distress because either they can not gain entry, or there are insufficient goods to seize, or all goods belong to third parties.
As a commercial landlord, you do not need any hassle with rent arrears from tenants. We specialise in commercial rent recovery, collecting overdue amounts quickly and at no charge to you, the landlord.

We collect vehicles and construction plant:

- End of lease agreements.
- Company motor vehicles at the end of employment contracts.
We also collect other forms of capital equipment on behalf of finance companies and manufacturers such as construction plant equipment and other general capital equipment recovery.
Once the vehicle has been recovered, we can either store the vehicle at our secure off site compound or we can deliver the vehicle immediately to a destination of your choice.
We have Low Loaders and Recovery Trucks and access to other specialist vehicles for situations when keys are not present.
